Diversity

Diversity recognizes that an organization where employees with varying beliefs, cultures, values, and behavior patters come together to create a whole organization and were there differences are acknowledged and accepted. A diverse workforce also offers greater flexibility and additional capabilities in some instances.
It reflects an organization's commitment to broader social goals and projects a better image of the firms to clients and other constituents.
Canada has always been diverse nation composed of a variety of different peoples. An examination of Canadian society a in 2009 shows nation that has become increasingly multi-ethnic and multicultural.
Immigration to Canada over the past 100 year  has shaped Canada, with each new wave of immigrants
adding to the nation's ethnic and cultural composition.Canadian employers are making significant strides in
inclusive hiring and improving accessibility across an
increasingly broad range of industries. If you haven’t
yet implemented a diversity hiring strategy, it’s likely
your workforce already reflects a variety of culture
 and capabilities.
Successful companies that have already implemented
an effective corporate diversity program are reaping
the benefits of such forward-thinking planning: they
enjoy the innovative and creative solutions that come
from ‘outside the box’, gain a competitive advantage
and stand apart from their competitors. Moreover, they enjoy the positive impact of workforce diversity on their bottom line
